Medical Groups

A medical group is a group of health care providers working for the same organization. A medical group may be made up of just one clinic or multiple clinics. The list below only shows medical groups that have measure results reported in the most recent version of the Community Checkup report. An asterisk (*) means at least 50 percent of patients attributed to this medical group have Medicaid coverage.
